Hello,
can someone please tell me the contents of bowtie index files? xx.1.ebwt, xx.2.ebwt, xx.3.ebwt and xx.4.ebwt.
I think they may be BWT, FW and SA, but what is the fourth one?
xx.3.ebwt is very small, i doubt it is the "extra" one.
