    AMOS extractContig woes

    I've performed an assembly using Velvet then converted the velvet_asm file to a bank with bank-transact.

    Loading all the contigs up in hawkeye gets me no brownie points with my sysadmin, so I have been wanting to extract each contig assembly to a separate bank.

    Running extractContig gives me an error, claiming that IID 0 is not present in the bank.

    Any pointers on how to get round this issue?
