    Does Anyone assemble the Solexa data with AllPaths Successfully?

    AllPaths needs too much function lib and gcc version. Maybe it takes me a lot of time to compile the newest version gcc. I would like to know the character and effect of the software.

    I spend two days trying to compile Allpaths... and I succeed ..
    After I spend other two days trying to use it but It was for me impossible assembly the test that is provided with the source code....

      Yes, I came across the same problem. I used another x86_64 system to compile it. However, it always stops with fatal error.
