    Convert ACE to SAM (and SAM to ACE)?

    Any tools or recipes for converting ACE format to SAM for 'standard' analysis of SNP's etc.?

    I've been looking at the suite of conversion utilities within Amos, but I didn't find any common formats between Amos and SAM tools... Is there a way to get from one to the other?
