RNA-Seq: lognormal vs Negative binomial vs Poisson

Hi,
I have been told that using the AKIKE Information Criteria that the read counts for transcripts is 90% lognormal distribution, 5% negative binomial distribution, 5% Poisson Distribution.
Where can I find information about this? What other information is there about this issue?
