Hello everybody,
I am looking for program that aligns small sequences (15-20 bp) to a much longer one (like a cp genome 150 Kbp), I am just interested in it because I want to see how some sets of primers sit on the chloroplast genome, in order to PCR amplify fragments that partially overlap (with a long PCR run I can do that with 20-25 primer sets).
