    Useq help

    Hi everybody,

    I am looking for some help with Useq. I have ran the RNASeq wrapper and got a lot of files as a result.

    Unfortunately I can't find any help describing these files or what I can find inside them. Is there somewhere to look for this kind of help?
    The usage manual is not a big help for that matter. The web page from useq lists some specific files, but it doesn't match the files I got from the analysis.

    I would appreciate your ideas.
