    MAQ Easyrun

    Hi,
    I have tried this all the ways I can think of and I'm losing my mind. Sorry if I am just missing something simple. I am still pretty new to this.

    I put in the command:
    maq.pl easyrun -d outdir ADP1NCBI.fasta JELBE_30_GGCTAC_L003_R1_001.fastq

    And no matter what I do I get:
    sh: Syntax error: Unterminated quoted string
    -- CMD: /home/lab/Desktop/linux files/maq-0.6.8_x86_64-linux/maq fasta2bfa /home/lab/Desktop/linux files/maq-0.6.8_x86_64-linux/ADP1NCBI.fasta outdir/ref.bfa 2> /dev/null
