tophat-fusion-post:known fusions?

Hi all,

I am using Tophat_fusion on my RNA-Seq data. The 'tophat-fusion' part could be executed properly but I have difficulty running 'tophat-fusion-post':

How should I "Make a list of KNOWN fusions (fusion_info.txt)"? What is that for?

It will be appreciated if anyone could help.
