    visualization of RNA-seq data, alternative to Multi-Experiment Viewer?

    Hi,
    is anyone aware of a tool/program like Multi-Experiment Viewer, designed specifically for RNA-seq data? I see Multi-Experiment Viewer accept RNA-seq data but is set only for human and mouse, am I missing something?
