Help! RNA-seq data for groupwise comparison with isoform expression validation

    Dear all,

Do you know any publicly available raw RNA-seq data sets in FASTQ format containing two groups of samples (either technical replicates and biological replicates), with some genes having RT-PCR expression validation at the transcript (isoform) level? Any clue is appreciated.

    Thanks!

I would recommend looking for MAQC datasets. The MAQC samples are a set of 'industry standard' samples that have been run on multiple technologies (array, NGS and RT-PCR). I can't point you to a specific source, but what you want should be out there.
