Hey,
i have to classify cytochrome p 450 (CYP's) in there subfamilies. knows anybody a possibility to classify proteins in der subfamilies with a blast system. exist everywhere a site which contain for example sequences, which selected a subfamily.
the idea is, that i can use this sequences to allocate a unknown protein to one of this families.
or maybe a site, who explain a other way.
