Any recipes for CASAVA on Mac OS X?

I wondered if anyone has done this and would be willing to share a recipe, as I embark on the long and winding road

In response to my own post, just in case anyone else needs this, I got it working with a little work. The only change needed was to replace the ChartDirector code, which Illumina bundles with CASAVA, with a mac-specific version. The ChartDirector code is all in the CASAVA/lib directory. Illumina are currently bundling ChartDirector 4 but version 5 seems to work equally well.
