    getSig function in cummerBund

    Hi CummeRbund authors,

    Is there a known bug which causes getSig to be unavailable even if CummerBund installed properly?
    Code:
    > library(cummeRbund)
    > getSig()
    Error: could not find function "getSig"

    What version do you have? You may have an out of date version that does not have that function.

      I am also having the same issue. I am using the latest version of cummeRbund, however (1.2.0). The csSpecificity function is not working either. Any other ideas?

        make sure you have R 2.15 installed. then install cummeRbund again.
