A command line for runing chimerascan

Does anyone had experience for using chimerascan.

I want to know the command line about chimerascan_html_table.py chimerascan_index.py chimerascan_run.py gtf_to_genepred.py make_false_positive_file.py.

I used it as given at online tutorial.
My question is that chimerascan doesn't give you exact breakpoint seq, it gives you spanning reads seq.. how can we get exact break-point sequence?
