Does anyone know if older versions of the TopHat manual as found at http://tophat.cbcb.umd.edu/manual.html are archived or available anywhere? The page only seems to cover the latest and greatest version but I'm using an older version and can't upgrade.
I know you can get a basic parameter listing just by running the tophat command but it only provides pretty basic info so the more detailed descriptions that are available in the manual would be more useful.
It's not obviously in the source either from that I can tell.
