MIRA problem!!

Hello,

I'm really new of Linux/Ubuntu and I tried for a long time to install MIRA to analyse NGS Illumina Data. I installed other programs before but MIRA is so hard that I need an help!! I followed the instruction on the guide but i got lost....

Is there anyone that can give me an help????

How far did you get and how did things fail? Without data, it isn't easy to help.

.... and, it's not a real installation. Just unpack the archive and add the bin directory to your $PATH ...

But as krobison pointed out, without any information of what you did we cannot help much :-)
