Sample name inn VarScan vcf output file

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there was a way to indicate to VarScan the names of the samples that would appear in the header of the vcf output file as columns names in stead of "Sample 1", Sample 2"... Does anybody have an idea of how to do that?

There's not currently an option for that, but I think this is a reasonable suggestion. We will try to incorporate this into the next release.
