We are developing a tool to analyze microarray data. For Affymetrix probe ids i have got the relevant page to hyperlink all the probes which the user input.
Can anyone suggest me to which page we can hyperlink Agilent probes. I searched myself but i am not able to find the same.
This is an example datatset http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/quer...gi?acc=GSE9187 which i am currently analyzing.
