I am in the process of writting a java application that takes a space delimited .csv text file derived from an excell imported samtools mpileup of a small RNA sequence. And then outputs a more readable, space delimited .csv text file that gives information about each read. Attached Is the source code of the application.
If anyone wants to test this out that would be great!
