    Local UCSC genome browser server

We have some wig files (solexa mapping results).

The reference genome is Poplar (Populus). The UCSC does not provide this genome. We have genome sequence and GFF file.

Can we set up a local server to view the wig files and poplar genome?

Isn't UCSC a bit overkill, particularly when it won't provide you with feature tracks anyhow? What's wrong with a standalone viewer?
