I'm using blastp for some analysing. For the results that I'm looking for is 60% identity over 80% of the alignment of each cds. At the moment I'm doing this with the results in excel.
Does anyone know if its possible to have blastp do this? i.e. only have results with at least 60% identity over 80% alignment. It would save me a considerable amount of work here.
