Using Cytoscape in command lines

Hi,

I would like to use Cytoscape in command lines with a simple table file. The documentation is really poor concerning the command lines, there is no example.

Does anyone ever try to use this software in command line ?

I tried this :

java -Xmx512M -jar cytoscape.jar -m table_file

i think it works because Cytoscape starts correctly but there is no network, just a blue page
