    HTSeq Help

    I am having major issues with installing and running HTSeq. The website instructs you to download Python, NumPy, and HTSeq to start. The to build and install both Numpy and HTSeq using the python setup.py build and python setup.py install commands. Supposedly Numpy was successful but HTSeq keeps telling me that it cannot import NumPy and asks me to download and install it again. I have tried several different versions of NumPy and none seem to be working.

    Also, I am not any good with scripting and the website has an option for command line using the htseq-count command. I would love to skip everything else but it just keeps saying command cannot be found.
