can anybody list organisms with unknown sequence which helps in performing De novo assembly of next generation sequencing.

The list of unsequenced organisms is still >>>> than the list of sequenced organisms. In the insects alone, there are probably fewer than a few hundred sequenced, and there are millions of recognized species.
