libsequence usage

Hi all,

I am puzzled by the usage of libsequnce. I want to get the Fst and theta pai for my populations and my data was in hapmap format. I dont quite follow the meaning of the C++ source code in the libsequence. I hope someone can give me an example of caculating Fst and theta pai using the hapmap data.
