    Region selection in BreakDancer possible?

    In BreakDancer, it is possible to select a chromosome in the command line arguments. BreakDancer will only scan that specific chromosome. Unfortunately, I did not see any possibility to scan a region of a specific chromsome.

    For example: Chromosome 1 from position 2,000 to 100,000.

    My question is:

    Is it possible in BreakDancer to select a region on a specific chrosome for scanning for SVs there? If yes, how do I have to realize that?

    The current version of BreakDancer does not provide the option of selecting specific chromosomal regions.
