    What the ctx type file in the breakdancer?

    Hello all!
    I saw the command "myDirectory/breakdancer_max -t -q 10 -d BRC6.ctx BRC6.cfg > BRC6.ctx".
    What exactly is the ctx type file?
    Help me!

    That is just a tab-delimited text file with the results from breakdancer. You can import it in Excel if you change the name to BRC6.csv
