Does anyone have bed file with labels for SureSelect All Exon g3362 ?

    Hi,

I'm after a bed file for Agilent's SureSelect AllExon G3362 kit that contains label info for each targeted region. I have a unlabelled version, which is not a lot of good if I want to get a bit more info on the regions.

I cant find a link on Agilent's website or through googling, and hoped someone on this forum would have a copy tucked away somewhere?

    Thanks

Looking for same thing (v4+UTRs). Did you find it?

Nope, I've moved onto other topics since then, but I would suggest getting it directly from Agilent as an existing or potential customer

Thanks for the reply. I called Agilent tech support (800-227-9770 (Option 3, Option 4, Option 4) and they sent me the Agilent all exon V4 + UTR bed file within an hour. Now to see how much this helps with my run times on GATK Haplotypecaller, which are just killing me.

16S/ITS Profiling vs. Shotgun Metagenomics: What Changes in Your Workflow?
          by SEQadmin2

NGS has revolutionized clinical microbiology by offering new ways to identify and surveil pathogens without prior knowledge of the target. One popular approach is 16S rRNA and ITS amplicon sequencing, which targets specific microbial markers. But studies are increasingly incorporating shotgun metagenomics, a technique that sequences all DNA from a sample without targeting specific microbial markers. This approach allows more detailed taxonomic classification, detection...

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
          by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating
