    How to calculate pi (nucleartide diversity) within subpopulation?

    Is there some software I could use ?
    I have tried bio++ but it did't works.
    I used bioperl(Bio::PopGen::Statistics),and the output pi is not the pi I need.
    I am wondering if anyone could help me?
