Hi,
I measured the gene expression (RPKM) levels of two groups of animals and I would like to statistically test the differences for each gene.
For example, for genes A, B, C and D I have an associate numerical measure of expression:
Group1 Group2
A 4 5
B 2 3
C 6 2
D 5 9
Reading the literature, the Kal Z-test and the Baggerly test seem to be the more indicated (they are implemented in CLC Genomic workbench).
Can you help me to know how can apply the test, how to arrange the data and which software I could use?
Thanks
P
