Hi all, I've downloaded version 1.2.07 of Velvet and I've attempted to run it on ubuntu. I am unable to "make" the files after extracting. I receive the following error:
src/readSet.c:38:18: fatal error: zlib.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
make: *** [obj/readSet.o] Error 1
I searched and found that people were entering make bundlezlib=1 as a fix however I'm still receiving the same error.
