Motif formats

Hi!

I know this is a bit off topic, but does anyone know how to convert to a log-odds motif file for MAST?

I have a motif in the following format:

ALPHABET= alphabet
              log-odds matrix: alength= alength w= w
              row_1
              row_2
              ...
              row_w

Any help much appreciated!
