what's the difference between transcription factor binding profile and transcription factor binding site? thanks for your answering.

Here's how I'd interpret these phrases:

TF binding site: specific location on the genome where a TF binds. In the canonical scenario, this would be the where the binding motif is located.

TF Binding profile: in a ChIP-seq experiment, the pattern of read pileups scores across a binding site and vicinity. For example, you may take all the promoter regions and average the read coverage at every base form 1000 bp upstream of each TSS through to the TSS; these 1000 points would be a binding profile for that ChIP in promoters.

      hello,
I wanted to know the transcription binding site data base for Oryza sativa.

I have a couple of genes for the same, and wish to find the TFBS.

      Kindly guide me.

Thankyou for sparing time towards this...

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
        by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating

New Genomics Technologies Take Aim at Long-Standing Limits
        by SEQadmin2

Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome. New technologies that have been released this year are built to address those tough choices.

We asked six companies the same four questions to learn about their latest products. The new technologies bring a lot to the table, including rethinking sequencing
