    edgeR glmFit results

    Anybody can give a detailed explanation about the glmFit outputs in edgeR?

    How do coefficients correlated to the RNAseq data? All my coefficients are negative values...

    and all those $abundance, $fitted.values, $deviance, what do they mean?

      BTW, edgeR is a Bioconductor package so questions are best sent to the Bioconductor mailing list.
