    Question about latest version of SSAHA2

    I just download the latest version of ssaha2 v2.4.1 from http://www.sanger.ac.uk/Software/analysis/SSAHA2/
    After I unzip it, it worked at my server1.
    But when I copy the same source to my server2. When I type "./ssaha2", it can't work and keep on showing the following message
    "-bash: ./ssaha2: cannot execute binary file".
    Anybody know what is the reason causing this problem?
    What is the basic requirement to run the SSAHA2?

    Love this - good data definitely starts from good input, and poor input can only give relatively poor data. I particularly like the mention of Nanodrop/absorbance based methods for quantification. It's such a toss up if you'll get an accurate reading or what amounts to a randomly generated number, and a lot of library/sequencing related issues can be traced back to poor quant.
