    sequence logos analysis

    Hi! I've found repeated subsequences (motifs) using MEME, now I have 3 groups of sequence logos like shown in the link below
    http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=n5iseb&s=6

    For each group I generated different sized sequence logos from size=7 to size=20 but now I can't find how to compare them or use them. Each of the 3 groups is generated for a different "species", how could I compare the 3 species or do some analysis to find some conclusion about the species starting from the sequence logos?
