    Obtaining UCSC Genomic sequence Given Genomic Coordinates

    Hi Guys,

    I want to import the ucsc Chr19 reference genome sequence for the horse genome on to R. I know I can do it using the BSgenome package. However,unfortunately they don't yet have the horse genome in it as shown by the available.genomes() command.
    Does anyone have any idea on suggestion on how to do this differently.

    Your help, and suggestions are highly appreciated.!
