Refer *_bambus_scaffold.stats content, I don't know how to calculate all the total scaffold size, minimun and maximum scaffold size,etc.
I not sure which file that should referred to get the content of *_bambus_scaffold.stats.
I try to calculate all the total scaffold size, minimun and maximum scaffold size,etc by using *_bambus_scaffold.fasta
Unfortunately, the result can't match with the contents of *_bambus_scaffold
Does anybody facing the same problem like me?
