Hello everyone，I meet a problem in converting GTF format to a GFF format like the example in the http://122.228.158.106/SplicingViewe...fGene_hg18.gff. The GTF format is the normal one. I try some method but it doesn't work. Can some one help me？

If you are familar with perl. I think the script ucsc_table2gff3.pl from biotoolbox can solve your problem.
