Hi all,
Iam new to BEAGLE genetic analysis program. My purpose is to phase the data alongwith imputation. I have made an input file for beagle as given in its manual retreivable from site
"http://faculty.washington.edu/browning/beagle/beagle_3.3.2_31Oct11.pdf". The demo file("hapmap.unphased.bgl") produces 3 output files i.e. phased, gprobs and dose. But, my input file produces only phased file and not rest 2 files. I have enclosed a demo file which gives only phased file. Please help me out.
