Is there a tool that will give an exon # from an inputted BED file of coordinates? For example, the 7 coordinates below belong to exons in the SKI gene and I would like to quickly tell where the ampliseq primers fall in a particular exon. Is there a way to do that. I believe the coordinates used our ensemble 69. Thank you.
