    Help! How to use miRanda!!!

    Dear all, I try to use miRanda to predict the mirna targets, but there are so many results concluding the "no hits", but how to extract the results u want, for example with a certain number of mathches and mismathce, how to set the parameters...
    Is there anyone using miRanda, please give me a hand!
