    Mouse mRNA Database

    Hi,

    I'm looking for the official NCBI database on mouse mRNA with NM numbers to download for local blast.

    On the NCBI website, I found a database for the entire rat genome, but I just want the rna stuff.

    Any ideas?

      Still can't solve this problem. There's a database of rna for all species but can't find one with only mouse...
