GlimmerHMM exon file format

Hi. I'm attempting to train GlimmerHMM and I keep getting an error 28, which is caused by my exon file having exons in the wrong order. Here is an example:

PITG_00133 4464 11708
PITG_00133 1 2946
PITG_00133 4081 4515

Rather than:

PITG_00133 1 2946
PITG_00133 4081 4515
PITG_00133 4464 11708

Does anyone know of a way in which I can rearange these, while preserving the grouping by gene id? Thanks!

You need to code to sort. I worked on it to sort them out but for some weird reason, I am unable to train HMM model.
