Hi everyone,

I am moving my question to this forum because it seems more appropriate.

I am looking for a bioinformatic tool that will back translate a consensus pattern from an amino acid to a oligonucleotide. The sequence will be in this kind of format: (the x will be part of the input)
"C-x(6)-C-x(6)"

The tool should allow for degeneracy. I have been told it does exist, any suggestions?
