Any advise for find Differential Expressions with FPKM?
Ive got some RNA-seq data from my boss
with the format like that:
geneID FPKM
1 a1
2 a2
[many lins]
we have 3 data sets of a cell in 3 different time points, and 4 different samples of every time point.
Does anyone can tell me how to find differential expression in these data?
What tools/method should i use?
Im quite confused after reading several papers because it seems all the methods are suitable for gene counts data but not fpkm!
