    Tophat install.

    Hi, all

    I am installing Tophat and the guidance said I need to install Boost and SAMtools. Unfortunately I met problems in both of them.....

    I downloaded Boost, unpacked and cd into the newly formed directory. When I prepare the build as the website suggested, I met:
    # admins-iMac:boost_1_53_0 mars$ ./bootstrap.sh
    # -n Building Boost.Build engine with toolset darwin...

    # Failed to build Boost.Build build engine
    # Consult 'bootstrap.log' for more details

    When I tried to install SAMtools, I was stuck in 'make' command after I unpack SAMtools files into a new directory and cd into it. It said


    #admins-iMac:samtools-0.1.19 mars$ make
    #-bash: make: command not found

    I am using a Mac OX. Anybody can kindly help me out please?
