Hi,
I was wondering if anybody knows how to output BLAT (Not BLAST) results in XML format. Has anybody done this before?
The thing is that I already have a parser ready for XML output. But I'd like to see if an application of mine can benefit from the speed advantages of BLAT. For this I dont really feel like rewriting the parser to obtain my information from a tabular formatted output.
