    How to calculate the concordance of NGS calls to SNP array data

    Hi, everyone. The concordance rate between NGS data and SNP array data is always used as index to evaluate the accuracy of NGS SNP callings. However, how to calculate the concordance? and what is the mean of non-reference (NR) sensitivity and NRD rate? If possible, could you please show me a example?
